Welcome to the new website for The Stitcherhood!
We are so thrilled to have a new website that can better feature our cross stitch designs.
Our old website was built in 2008, and while it was still chugging along, 13 years old is very old for a website, especially with the speed of technological advances! It was in desperately in need of an update We are so pleased to launch a new and improved version of our website.
New user friendly and fun features.
The “Home/Patterns” page (with my new beautiful logo) makes finding our cross stitch designs and patterns much easier than before and has a clear list of our categories (such as Quaker, Wicca, Holiday, Nautical, etc.) to make searching our patterns easier
Our “Cross Stitch Freebies” page has nine free cross stitch patterns available for you to enjoy and share featuring designs for Winter, Fall, Spring, Summer, Halloween, Christmas, July 4th and Thanksgiving. These are great to make cards and small ornaments with. These will change occasionally, so keep an eye out!
We now offer a “FAQ”’s page full of facts and answers to questions that users may have covering topics such as ordering safety, shipping info., where we have sold our designs in the past, payments, shipping, copyright info., and more.
We have a new “Blog” page that will allow me to keep in touch with people who are interested in cross stitch and I hope it will lead to many different discussions and topics with our stitching community! We are The Stitcherhood!
Our “Ordering” page has simple instructions for individuals who may be new to ordering PDF patterns, as well as shops looking to purchase our designs wholesale. We personally only offer our designs in PDF format as to not be in competition with shops. If you prefer paper versions, check our you favorite local or online shops.
Our new “Contact” page makes it even easier to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns. I encourage any and all feedback, questions, comments, etc. that you may have, anything from “”How do I….” to “I’d like to see information about __ on the blog”, to “I’m having trouble with ….” We try to answer all contact submissions with 24 business hours or less.
Another new feature that I really enjoy (and hope you will as well) is each pattern page (click on any design), you will find new and detailed information of supplies needed for that particular design as well as sizing info. and more. It also features a photo that can be enlarged by placing your mouse over it. Also, I am so happy and proud to now offer photos of the beautiful pieces that our customers have finished. This is a wonderful way to see how each individual creates their own pieces, how they finish them and if they choose to make changes in colors, fabrics, etc. We LOVE to see and share these, and appreciate any who want to share their own versions and creations from The Stitcherhood with us all.
