Be Still #33

On a recent trip to the beach, this saying popped into my head, so I had to turn it into a cross stitch design! I like the simplicity and rhythm of it. Has a peaceful, meditative, calming effect. It says:     Be Still and Know I Am.      Be Still and Know.      Be Still.      Be.

• Stitch count is 48 high and 95 wide. Will measure approx. 3.75″ tall x 7″ wide if stitched on14 count fabric.
• All stitches are cross stitch.
• Model stitched on 14 count white Aida cross stitch fabric and is stitched in DMC floss: blue (#3803), Feel free to substitute fabric & colors to your taste.
