Cleansing and Casting #359

This cross stitch pattern shows a pretty young witch cleaning a space with her broom (or besom) before casting her circle under the moon. Casting a circle is done to create a sacred space for ritual or spell work and the space must be cleansed to banish all negativity and purified.

• Stitch Count: 92 High & 92  Wide. Will measure approx. 6.75″ tall x 6.75″ wide if stitched on14 count fabric.
• All stitches are cross stitch.
• Model stitched on 14 count white Aida cross stitch fabric and stitched in DMC floss #310 (black). Feel free to substitute colors and fabrics to your taste.
