Once payment is instantaneously processed, you will be able to download and save your design to your computer and/or print the graph in order to complete the pattern, making it possible to stitch instantly while saving money (no shipping) and saving the environment (no packaging). Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding this process.
• You are purchasing a PDF download pattern – not a physical item – the PDF version is exactly like the paper versions, just in a different format.  You will need a program in order to open PDF’s. Here is a FREE version of Adobe Reader if needed: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
• We also offer all of our designs in the traditional leaflet format in many online and brick-and-mortar shops. Please visit your favorite shop to purchase them. If they don’t carry them yet, ask them to. Below is a list of some of some of the shops that carry our leaflets.
• PLEASE NOTE – Due to the nature of digital files, we do not accept returns.
