This design was a challenge created for my "Samplermakers" group. We were all given small Autumn motifs and asked to creat our own design using them... and it has been so much fun seeing all of the different versions!
This is mine... a big black iron cauldron has an autumn flowering plant. Each branch of the plant has a different Autumn motif including a black cat, an owl, a with hat, moon, pumpkin, flower, golden leaf, black crow and a skeleton key. All surrounded by a black checkered funky border.
Fun design!
Stitch count for is 69 High by 73 Wide.
DMC colors used are 844 (dark gray), 3826 (orange), 3012 (green) and 3828 (gold)
All stitches are cross stitch.
Feel free to substitute fabric and colors to your taste.
